Logistics coordination meeting for the Smart-C Workshop on the London Convention and Protocol, jointly organized by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the Central American Commission on Maritime Transport (COCATRAM), with local support from the Dominican Republic Navy.
The workshop will take place from August 4 to 6 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and will include the participation of countries from Latin America and the Caribbean that are parties to these IMO instruments.
The workshop aims to advance the planning of the roadmap and introduce training on the London Convention and Protocol, thereby strengthening regional capacities for the protection of the marine environment.
