The Central American Maritime Transport Commission (COCATRAM) held a virtual working meeting to review communication guidelines and strategic directives for the promotion and outreach of the upcoming regional event.
This meeting is part of the organizational process for the Seminar-Workshop of Latin American Maritime Authorities (ROCRAM and ROCRAM CA), which will be held in conjunction with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in Guatemala City from July 27 to 29, 2026.
The meeting was attended by COCATRAM Executive Director Otto Noack; ROCRAM-CA Coordinator Eva Calderón; and those responsible for institutional digital management: Silvio Ponce, in charge of the website, and Lissette Del Pilar Moreno, Social Media Manager.
During the session, key aspects for strengthening the event’s communication strategy were addressed, with the aim of ensuring effective and consistent outreach aligned with the goals of integration, technical cooperation, and regional collaboration that have been developed in close collaboration between the IMO and COCATRAM.
