Throughout the 34th IMO General Assembly, the ROCRAM-CA Maritime Authorities held an initial meeting in Room 6 at the International Maritime Organization headquarters.
During the meeting, representatives received general guidance from the Technical Secretariat on activities planned for the 8th Extraordinary Meeting. Cocatram officials Otto Noack (Executive Director), José Dopeso, and Edith Castro were also in attendance, as was Carlos Salgado, Head of the Latin America and Caribbean Section (CTID) and representative of the IMO. They contributed their experience and institutional support to this important regional coordination forum
