As part of the preparatory activities for the 125th Meeting of the Cocatram Board of Directors, the Oversight Committee held a session in San José, Costa Rica, following an agenda focused on strengthening institutional governance and overseeing the organization’s administrative and financial management.
During the meeting, the committee reviewed compliance of resolutions adopted by the Board of Directors, accredited the delegates from Costa Rica, and analyzed the financial reports as of March 31, 2026, including the financial statements, the statement of contributions, and budget execution.
In addition, the meeting followed up on the implementation of the agreements stemming from the special agreement among the ministers of transportation and reviewed the progress and deliverables of COMITRAN’s work plans that extend to the scope of COCATRAM for the 2020–2025 period, among other topics.
