Ms. Gloria Guadalupe Oquelí Solórzano, Community Judge of the Central American Court of Justice (SICA), paid a courtesy visit to COCATRAM, accompanied by attorneys Sharon Flores and Raúl Oquelí. The delegation was received by Mr. Otto Noack, executive director of our organization.
During the meeting, a detailed presentation was given on COCATRAM, highlighting key aspects of the institution’s work and operations, which fostered a valuable exchange of comments and information between the parties.
At the end of the day, Judge Oquelí expressed her interest in strengthening the institutional relationship between the two entities.
