COCATRAM and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) held a virtual working meeting to coordinate and harmonize the technical and organizational criteria related to the Seminar-Workshop for Latin American Maritime Authorities, which will bring together representatives from ROCRAM and ROCRAM-CA member countries in Guatemala from July 27 to 29.
The meeting allowed for progress in planning this important regional event aimed at strengthening maritime cooperation, exchanging experiences, and promoting joint actions for the safe, efficient, and sustainable development of the maritime sector in Latin America.
Representing the IMO were Carlos Salgado, Head of the LACAR Section, along with Susana Rojas and Rafael Flores Zafra. Representing COCATRAM were Otto Noack, Executive Director, and Eva Calderón, Coordinator of ROCRAM-CA.
