As part of the Horizontal Cooperation initiative administered by COCATRAM, the National Port Company of Nicaragua (EPN) is organizing a course for “Crane Operators” in Puerto Sandino, from June 3 to 7, taught by instructor Luis Valenzuela from Guatemala.
Horizontal cooperation is a mechanism for the exchange of knowledge and experiences in various areas, with the purpose of sharing them, on a basis of solidarity and mutual support among COCATRAM member countries.
