Within the framework of TC-75, COCATRAM held a rapprochement meeting with the Malaysian delegation and Carlos Salgado, Head of the Latin America and Caribbean Section (TCID) of the IMO, with the objective of exploring opportunities for technical assistance to strengthen maritime-port capacities in Central America.
Malaysia , for its part, has collaborated closely with the IMO and the Integrated Technical Cooperation Program (ITCP) to support the training of maritime professionals through seminars, training, and specialized workshops, among other projects.
