We congratulate Mr. Alden Rivera Montes on his appointment as Secretary General of the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA), the leading body of the economic pillar of the Central American Integration System (SICA).
His leadership at the helm of the technical body that heads the economic pillar of SICA represents a guarantee of continuity and strengthening for the regional integration agenda. We are convinced that his tenure will be key to boosting trade and sustainable development in Central America.
