Working meeting with IMO officials, who, with the support of COCATRAM, are making arrangements for a training workshop on Smart-C under the London Convention and the London Protocol; to be held August 4–6 in the Dominican Republic, with the participation of countries from Latin America and the Caribbean: Barbados, Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominica, French Overseas Territories, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Dominican Republic.
