Mr. Fernando Vásquez Montoya, Undersecretary of the Secretariat of Infrastructure and Transportation (SIT) -Honduras, who took office in January 2026 and has been appointed as Honduras’ Permanent Delegate to the COCATRAM Board of Directors, received a courtesy visit from Mr. Otto Noack, Executive Director of COCATRAM.
