The Central American Maritime Transport Commission (COCATRAM) held a virtual meeting with consultant Nelson Guzmán as part of the follow-up to the initiative aimed at systematizing and disseminating the results and benefits of SICA Digital in the region.
During the meeting, progress and strategies were reviewed to promote the use of digital platforms that strengthen institutional coordination and promote more efficient, transparent, and sustainable management in the maritime and port sectors.
SICA Digital is a strategic initiative promoted by the SICA General Secretariat that seeks to integrate technology at all levels of regional management. This process promotes innovation, continuous improvement of inter-institutional communication, and optimization of resources, contributing to greater agility in decision-making and regional cooperation.
