The meeting was attended by institutions involved in maritime safety and emergency management, including the National Port Commission, the National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction (CONRED), the General Directorate of Hydrocarbons, GRANELSA, OTSA, ORAZUL, TICSA, CONAP, CONAPAC, CONACAR, and DIGEPESCA.
