On November 13, in Granada, Nicaragua, the Supervisory Committee met in preparation for the CXXIII Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors.

During the session, key aspects were reviewed, such as the financial report, internal and external audits, the POA proposal and Budget 2026, as well as the Non-Regulatory International Agreement on State Ports – COCATRAM.

The following individuals participated in the Oversight Committee meeting: Capt. Omar Hernández, Chairman of the Oversight Committee and Delegate from El Salvador; Deputy Minister Félix Granados and Capt. Manuel Mora, Delegation from Nicaragua; César Sandino, Delegate from FECAMCO; and Otto Noack.

The Commission reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, efficient management, and accountability, contributing directly to the preparation of the inputs that will be presented to the Board at its next regular session.
