In response to an invitation from the Honduran Merchant Marine Directorate, the Executive Director of COCATRAM participated in the Sargadom Project Seminar Workshop, held on November 4-5 in San Pedro Sula.
This regional meeting brought together maritime authorities from Costa Rica, Guatemala, and El Salvador, as well as academic institutions and international organizations. The goal was to initiate the construction of a multisectoral governance model to protect biodiversity and advance the sustainable management of the high seas.
