On International Women’s Day, at COCATRAM we recognize and celebrate the commitment, dedication, and professionalism of each of our female collaborators.
Today, we are proud to highlight that 50% of our workforce is made up of women, who contribute their knowledge, leadership, and skills across the organization’s different areas, strengthening our work and supporting the development of the maritime and port sector in the Central American region.
On this special date, we wanted to share a meaningful gift with them as a token of appreciation for their valuable contributions and for the fundamental role they play in our institution.
