On June 19, in the COMASAGUA 1 room of the Holiday Inn Hotel in San Salvador, El Salvador, the meeting of the Supervisory Commission was held prior to the CXXI Ordinary Meeting of COCATRAM’s Board of Directors. The meeting addressed key issues regarding institutional strengthening and transparency in management. The day began with a review of Act 73 resolutions , corresponding to the previous meeting, led by Otto Noack, Executive Director of the organization.
One relevant point was the presentation of the Financial Report as of March 31, 2025, by Marcela Sánchez. She presented the financial statements, budget execution and details of the contributions of the member countries. The meeting also addressed issues such as the accreditation of the delegate and alternate delegate of Costa Rica, the country’s membership funds, and the steps related to the Special Agreement of the Ministers of 1991.
The meeting ended formally with a closing statement by the members of the Supervisory Committee, who reaffirmed their dedication to effective governance and collaboration among the member countries of COCATRAM.
