1. LOCATION: Rio Haina lies about 14 n.m. NNE of Punta Palenque and 9 n.m. WSW of Puerto de Santo Domingo, at the mouth of the Rio Haina. Berths are located on both banks of the Rio Haina, at the river's mouth.

8. CRANES: Puerto Río Haina has three gantry cranes, two conventional and one Panamax, with a lifting capacity of up to 40 tons, and two Gotwald mobile cranes, each with a lifting capacity of up to 100 tons.
9. WASTE DISPOSAL: Services available including removal of sludge, arrange through Agent.

11. WATER: Available from hydrants or road tankers at most berths, arrange through Agent.
12. FUEL: Fuel oil and diesel available by tank truck. Arrangements to be made in advance through Agent. Trucks carry up to 37.8 cu.m. (10,000 US gallons).
